Blade dressing tools with synthetic diamonds are used to dress profiles and radiusses. In accordance with the specification of grinding  wheel and process parameters, the size and configuration of the diamonds are selected with great precision. With respect to natural  diamonds, synthetic diamonds are more sensitive to high temperatures, so cooling liquid is a must when a MCD/CVD is the choice of  dresser.
